Four people, including two women, have been shot dead by unknown gunmen in the Upper East region within the past 24 hours.
The latest attack occurred around 6 a.m. on Saturday, October 25, along the Atuba road near Binduri.
On Friday morning, a woman was reportedly gunned down after stepping out to meet a colleague.
Later that evening, around 7 p.m., a man identified as Salam was shot dead by two armed men on a motorbike at a drinking spot in Garu. At about 11 p.m. the same day, another woman was also killed in Binduri.
The most recent attack took place at dawn on Saturday, when gunmen ambushed and killed a man identified only as Azimbe.
Reports indicate that the deceased was the son of the late Kusasi chief, who was murdered in Asawasi, Kumasi, in July this year.
