Ghana Embassy in Doha advises nationals to remain indoors after missile attack

The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Doha has issued an urgent security advisory directing Ghanaians living in Qatar to remain indoors until further notice following a missile attack in the Qatari capital.
In a statement released on Saturday, February 28, the Embassy said the directive was prompted by heightened tensions in the region and the reported impact of a missile in Doha.
“Due to the missile attack and its impact in Doha, please take shelter until further notice and obtain information from official sources,” the statement said.
The Embassy urged citizens to avoid military installations and crowded areas, and to minimise exposure to any potential danger.
Ghanaians were also advised to keep essential supplies, including medication and food, readily available while monitoring official communication channels for updates.
