Nigel Gaisie Says No Prophet on Earth Gets 100% Accurate Prophecies

According to a report by YEN on Friday, November 21, 2025, popular Ghanaian prophet, Nigel Gaisie, has shared a strong message about the work of prophets and why people should stop expecting them to be perfect. Speaking in a recent interview, he explained that no genuine prophet on earth has 100% accurate prophecies, no matter how powerful or gifted they are. According to him, the only being who is perfect is God, so every human vessel can make mistakes.
Nigel Gaisie stated that some people think a prophet must always give flawless prophecies, but that idea is wrong. He said prophecy is not a machine-controlled activity where a person presses a button and everything becomes accurate. Instead, prophecy involves hearing and interpreting spiritual messages, and sometimes the interpretation may not be completely right.
He added that even though he hears from God, he is still a human being with emotions, and emotions can affect how a message is delivered. He explained that if a prophet is tired, worried, or disturbed, there is a chance the prophecy may not be interpreted fully or correctly. For this reason, he believes any prophet who claims to be 100% accurate is not being truthful.
Nigel Gaisie also shared that when he started his ministry many years ago, he made some mistakes because he did not have proper mentorship. He said mentorship is very important in the prophetic world, and having experienced leaders to guide young prophets helps prevent errors. He mentioned that he now follows the guidance of respected senior ministers who help him stay focused and disciplined.
The prophet encouraged Ghanaians to understand that prophecy is a spiritual gift, not a guarantee of perfection. He said true prophets are sincere people who try their best to deliver God’s message, but they remain human. He advised the public not to attack prophets when a prophecy does not happen exactly as expected, because even genuine prophets can get it wrong sometimes.
Nigel Gaisie concluded by saying that what matters most is honesty, humility, and a heart that truly seeks God.
